I am a lifelong Evanston resident, and it is a joy for me to be able to work and live here in my favorite city. I love this community, its people, its parks, and its pets! I started my business, Jennifer’s Pets, after I had worked for another pet-sitting company and found out how much I loved being a dog-walker. I wanted to provide service for people who wanted a better relationship between themselves and their pet-sitter then a big company could provide.
My business did very well and my father, Jim, joined the company in 2001. We hired another sitter, Jack, to help out in 2005 when I had my son and had to cut back on my hours. Evan, who is now three years old, loves to come with me to feed the cats and walk the dogs. My husband, Jeff, is also great with animals and helps out when we are busy. We are a small company, and we do our best to provide the most consistent and reliable service possible. We are truly a family business!
